Yubeshi （ゆべし） is a Japanese confection.
There are several flavor and shape variations.
Most commonly walnuts or Japanese citrus (usually yuzu), and can be round or square, but all yubeshi has a base of sticky rice or rice flour, sugar and soy sauce.
