Karakara Senbei (からから煎餅) is traditional rice cracker in Tsuruoka city, Yamagata.
It puts a small toy in a folded triangle cracker.
The name is due to be out of Caracalla and the noise when it is shaken.
The origin of this name is the Japanese word ‘Karakara’.
Karakara means the sound when it is shaken because it has a small toy inside.
