Sasadango（笹団子）

Sasadango（笹団子） is specialty Japanese confection of Niigata prefecture.
It is made from mochi mixed with ground yomogi (mugwort). The inside is filled An (red bean paste). It is wrapped by bamboo grass. Then, it is steamed.
