Noshiume （のし梅）

Noshiume (のし梅) is Japanese local confectionary in Murayama area (Yamagata Prefecture).
The mashed plum and agar is mixed. It makes spread a thin layer evenly.
Then, dry. And it is sandwiched between bamboo skin.
